Seriously, this is the first time I've been here in almost 2 weeks. I'm so sorry to any of my journal buddies who have transitioned here 100%. I feel like I know nothing about your lives now. I try to remember to come here but then I forget. Poop!

You know, I've noticed that people aren't posting as much in LJ but still aren't posting a ton in Vox. I wonder, if like me, people are overwhelmed with having 2 blogs like this.

I know that I often think about posting stuff, but can't decide which site I should post it on. I feel like cross posting is kind of overkill...so I usually don't post.

How do you all feel about it?

Yes, my new OBGYN's name is Dr. Weiner. His father Sr. Weiner (hehe) just retired. They used to be partnered with Dr. Dicker...no, I'm not lying.

Anyway, Dr. Weiner is AWESOME. Seriously, like almost makes me want to get pregnant and have a baby while living here so that he can be our Dr....almost.

Great, guy, great personality. Very happy I've found a good Dr.

Ok, so now that we get email notifications, I'm liking vox better. I always forget to go back and check places I posted or my old posts if I don't get a reminder in my inbox.

I still feel like I'm missing all of your posts, I don't know why...

Also, I feel like some people have added me to their neighborhood and I forgot to click on the link and add them to mine but since I deleted my emails I have no way of knowing who's added me to their neighborhood that I haven't added back.

That's another feature vox needs to get, ASAP.

Funny note:

Ella now says Hi and waves. But she sounds like Mr. Hanky from South Park. She doesn't say, "Hida ho" but she says hi in the same tone and length. "HIiiaaaa". It's so funny. If she's saying it quietly she'll open her mouth and you'll hear the littlest, h sound come out. LOVE it!

What's your morning beverage of choice?  Coffee, tea, juice?  Homemade or store-bought?

COFFEE!!! I never ever drank coffee until I had a kid who wouldn't sleep through the night. I didn't even own a coffee maker until Ella was 6 months old. Now I gots to have me some coffee

My grandfather just passed away last week. He was an amazing grandfather, man, and all around human. This picture is from my 1st birthday (29 years ago).

Ok, so is there a place on our home page where we can so who has added us and then click to add them all back? I got all these individual emails that people added me to their neighborhood but unless I click on that link in each email I can't figure out where to go to add them. Do you have to do it one at a time from the email?

This actually seems really cool but like LJ was at first, very confusing.

Are there communities here or is it solely for blogging?
